Jennifer’s client base also includes investors such as private equity, growth capital, and venture capital firms, for whom she provides highly tailored, strategic legal counsel to navigate complex, high-stakes transactions.
Jennifer’s distinguished career includes pivotal roles at Freshfields, a Magic Circle law firm in London, and at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman, where she served as a partner (also in London) and as the Global Head of the IT/Outsourcing Group. At Pillsbury, she spearheaded transformative, high-value technology projects for Fortune 500 companies and major financial institutions. A trailblazer in outsourcing law, Jennifer managed multi-million-dollar and billion-dollar transactions, driving every phase from initial scoping and vendor selection to structuring deals (determining the asset sale arrangements, technology and service level requirements and pricing), negotiating terms, and overseeing the integration of advanced technology solutions. Her work ensured that these cutting-edge solutions seamlessly aligned with clients’ corporate objectives, delivering measurable, long-term success.
After returning to the US, Jennifer continued to build on her strong foundation at Morris, Manning & Martin, a firm where she began her legal career. There, she deepened her corporate technology practice, advising both private and public high-tech companies on a wide range of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private placements, IPOs, and specialized IT and intellectual property transactions.
Throughout her career, Jennifer has guided clients on the legal intricacies of technology and intellectual property matters. She has significant experience in areas like SaaS agreements, fintech, cybersecurity, AI, cloud services, and software licensing, distribution and transfer, advising clients at the intersection of technology, regulation, and corporate strategy.
Jennifer has also served as an experienced outside general counsel to emerging and growth companies, helping them navigate legal, regulatory, and commercial challenges while focusing on scaling efficiently and innovating securely.
