During his almost two decades of practice, he has litigated extensively in federal, bankruptcy, appellate, and state courts across the country, representing investors, companies, bankruptcy trustees, institutions, and individuals. He has prosecuted cross-border arbitral and judgment enforcement actions, fraudulent transfer actions, commercial business disputes, complex real estate litigation, fraud claims, bankruptcy avoidance, recovery, dischargeability, and discharge actions and many other types of cases. Many of Peter’s cases have involved novel and complex legal issues and theories, complicated factual circumstances, difficult procedural, evidentiary, and discovery issues and jurisdictional and cross-border conflicts.
He has been selected as a Massachusetts Super Lawyer for General Litigation in 2023 and 2024 and is Martindale-Avvo Preeminent Rated. He is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI), the Federal Bar Association, the Massachusetts Bar Association, and the Federalist Society for Law and Public Policy. He is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and before the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut, the U.S. District Court for the District of District of Columbia, and the U.S. District for the Central District of Illinois.
Peter earned his Juris Doctorate from the Suffolk University Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Boston University, cum laude. In his spare time, Peter enjoys spending time with his family and his dog and spending as much time outdoors as possible.
